1. Overview

VitaHub Analytics ("we", "our", or "us") provides business analytics software including the CA2GEO Analytics dashboard. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services or connect third-party platforms such as Facebook.

2. Information We Collect

When you connect your Facebook Ads account to CA2GEO Analytics, we access the following through the Facebook Marketing API:

• Ad campaign names, spend, impressions, clicks, reach, CTR, CPC, CPM
• Ad account identifiers
• Date-range performance metrics
• Facebook access token (stored securely server-side)

3. How We Use Your Data

Data accessed from Facebook is used solely to display advertising performance metrics within your private analytics dashboard and to generate reports for business decision-making. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

Facebook access tokens are stored securely on our servers and used only to retrieve your advertising metrics. All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption. No personal Facebook user data is ever written to our database.

5. Facebook Permissions

Our application requests the following Facebook permissions:

• ads_read — to read ad campaign performance data
• ads_management — to access ad account insights
• business_management — to access business portfolio information

We do not create, edit, pause, or delete any ads or campaigns on your behalf.

6. Data Retention

Access tokens are retained until you revoke access or submit a deletion request. Revoking access via Facebook Settings immediately invalidates our token and we can no longer retrieve any data.

7. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to request complete deletion of all data we hold. To exercise this right:

1. Remove our app via Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → CA2GEO Analytics → Remove
2. Email info@vitahub.ge with subject "Data Deletion Request"
3. We will confirm deletion within 30 days

8. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with Facebook (Meta Platforms, Inc.) via the Marketing API. Your use of Facebook is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for Meta's data practices.

9. Cookies

VitaHub Analytics uses session storage only for login state management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Service is intended for business use only and is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
