By accessing or using VitaHub Analytics ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
VitaHub Analytics provides business analytics and reporting tools for companies in logistics, e-commerce, and related industries. The Service includes dashboards for tracking parcels, revenue, expenses, customer data, and advertising performance.
Our Service integrates with the Facebook Marketing API to display advertising metrics. By connecting your Facebook account, you authorize VitaHub Analytics to access your ad account data solely for display and analytics purposes. We do not modify, create, or delete any Facebook ad campaigns on your behalf.
You retain full ownership of all business data you input or connect to the Service. VitaHub Analytics does not claim ownership of your business data, advertising data, or customer information.
You may request deletion of all data associated with your account at any time by contacting info@vitahub.ge. You may also revoke Facebook access at any time via Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites. Full instructions at vitahub.ge/delete.html. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.
VitaHub Analytics is provided "as is". We are not liable for any business decisions made based on data displayed in the dashboard, or for any loss of data due to technical failures beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these terms or misuse of the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
